From the start of my career, I aimed for leadership at the highest level. I wasn’t looking for just a job, I wanted a calling. Since 2006, I’ve pursued that passion across multiple industries. But time and again, I hit dead end opportunities. Instead of settling, I took control of my future, seeking out like minded individuals who shared my vision.
I started in sales and quickly stepped into leadership. That opened the door to business development, where I expanded my impact beyond just numbers. For over 20 years, I traveled the country, training teams and building expertise in Sales, Business Consulting, and Development.
For four years, I focused on boosting profit margins for multi-million-dollar organizations, proving I could drive sustainable success. But I wanted more, I didn’t just want to grow someone else’s business. I wanted to build my own. Through both failures and wins, I gained the skills to run a profitable, healthy business.
That journey led me to Maverick, where I helped develop multiple markets and grow leadership teams. Watching young professionals achieve lifelong goals in a thriving environment has been an incredible experience. More than anything, I want to prove to those who doubt themselves that success is possible—especially when surrounded by strong, driven people.
