Zane Moses, from the small town of Englewood, Tn joined the United States Navy after graduating high school, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and work ethic that aided in shaping his professional approach. Following his military service, Zane transitioned into the insurance industry, bringing his drive and leadership experience to Maverick Insurance.

Today, Zane serves as the Director of Recruiting and Marketing at Maverick Insurance, where he leads the company’s growth through strategic recruiting initiatives and scalable marketing systems. He focuses on building high-performing teams, developing strong leadership pipelines, and strengthening Maverick’s culture of mentorship and accountability. With a data driven and people-first mindset, Zane works to create sustainable growth for the company while helping individuals build long term, successful careers.
